1. Raw Material InspectionAll fabrics, trims, and accessories are carefully checked before production to ensure they meet required quality standards.

2. In-Line Production InspectionOur QC team monitors every stage of production, including cutting, stitching, and finishing, to detect and correct any defects early.

3. First Article Inspection (FAI)A sample piece is produced and thoroughly inspected for design accuracy, measurements, stitching quality, and workmanship before bulk production.

4. Online Quality ChecksRandom inspections are conducted during production to ensure consistency in size, color, and stitching quality.

5. Final Random Inspection (FRI)Finished products are inspected based on AQL standards to ensure they meet buyer specifications before packing.

6. Packaging InspectionWe ensure correct labeling, folding, packing, and carton strength before shipment to avoid any damage during transit.
