Tianjin Botai Heat-Exchange Equipment Co., Ltd., the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Tianjin Jinfan Mould Co., Ltd., is the professional enterprise to manufacture plate heat exchangers, and plates and rubber gaskets for PHE. The area of the factory is 26,000m2, and the workshop is 12,000m2. Our company has 11 sets of press including 15,000 tons, 10,000 tons and 6,000 tons, and we also have over 30 sets of equipment including punch and plate shearing machine.We can supply various plate heat exchangers and plates over 200 models and various rubber gaskets more than 300 models. The aperture of plates is from 25 to 500mm, whose materials include SS304, SS316L, Ti, Ni, Hastelloy Alloy, 254SMO and Titanium and Palladium Alloy. We have exported to more than 60 countries and regions. Our company has powerful production capacity and perfect detection equipment.Our company has more than 150 models of plates including different corrugation shapes, angles and corrugation depth of plates, and every plate has corresponding mould. The materials of the plates include SS304, SS316L, T I, Hastelloy Alloy, NI and 254MO and so on. The thickness of the plates is 0.5mm, 0.6mm and 0.7mm. We have rigorous pressing plate technologies. The tolerance of shaped plates is less than 0.3mm, the burring height is less than 0.2mm when blanking, and we will carry on the quality test of the shaped plates with magnifying glass and diagnostic machine.
