Quality Control

Initial Inspection: This step involves checking the incoming leather hides or materials for any visible defects, such as scars, scratches, or discoloration. Only the hides that meet the predetermined quality criteria are selected for further processing.

Cutting and Stitching: The leather hides are cut into individual jacket components based on the pattern. Skilled workers use precision cutting tools and machinery to ensure accurate cutting. The cut components are then stitched together using strong threads and appropriate sewing techniques.

Fitting and Assembly: Once the jacket components are stitched together, the jackets are assembled. This involves attaching zippers, buttons, pockets, and other accessories as per the design specifications. The fittings are checked to ensure they align correctly, and any necessary adjustments are made.

Quality Assurance Inspections: At various stages of the production process, quality control inspectors conduct inspections to verify the overall quality of the jackets. They examine the stitching, seams, edges, and overall construction to ensure they meet the desired standards. The inspectors also check for any loose threads, uneven stitching, or other defects that might affect the appearance or durability of the jacket.

Finishing: After the jackets pass the initial inspections, they undergo additional finishing processes. This may include processes like dyeing, sanding, polishing, or distressing the leather to achieve the desired look and feel. The finished jackets are then inspected once again to ensure that the finishing has been done properly and meets the required standards.

Final Inspection: Before packaging and shipment, a final inspection is conducted on each jacket. This comprehensive inspection involves checking for any remaining defects, such as quality of hardware, color consistency, sizing accuracy, and overall appearance. Jackets that meet all the quality criteria are approved for packaging.

Packaging and Labeling: Once the jackets pass the final inspection, they are carefully packaged to protect them during transportation. Proper labeling with relevant information, such as size, style, care instructions, and brand details, is applied to each jacket.
