We are a manufacturer of furikake with a passion for ingredients that has spanned 110 years. We developed and released the groundbreaking furikake product "Ryoko No Tomo, Accompany You On The Trip" in the early Taisho period. Our furikake is, ""A product full of love, born from a parents thoughts of their child"", and as such we use authentic ingredients, never compromise on flavor, and play close attention to the details. We continue to focus every day on the goal of helping everyone enjoy a delicious meal and a pleasurable dining experience with peace of mind.Our company began as a family business in April 1901 when founder Yasutaro Tanaka began manufacturing pickles, tsukudani, and miso in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture. "Ryoko No Tomo, Accompany You On The Trip" furikake was developed and launched in the early Taisho period. Parental love for a child served as the background to the creation of "Ryoko No Tomo, Accompany You On The Trip". ""My only son is working hard far away, and I dont want him to worry about what to eat... I want him to be able to enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal at any time...""
