Quality is under control in three steops,
Firstly, the semi-finished products are down the looms and would be inspected by QC mainly for weaving and colorations.
Secondly, the products are inspected again with the backing being put on, once again for weaving and colors, plus sizing, borders and backing etc.
Finally, before being packed up, QC makes the final inspection of each single product.
