Quality Control

To meet the requirements of the project of  parts manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of the technology, supplier should establish and implement an effective quality control procedures, to ensure the quality of product design.

1.1         Technical input

The technical agreement and other necessary documents will be used as the basis for the preparation of technical documents.

1.2         Technical output

1.2.1      Process documentation, inspection cards and other technical documents output:

3.1  Definition and establishment of product acceptance

3.3    Process Inspection

4.1 Supplier of nonconforming product shall be identified and controlled to prevent unqualified unintended use or delivery.

4.2 After the nonconforming product is corrected, it is again verified (RE), in order to confirm compliance with the requirements.

4.3   Supplier keep records of the nature of nonconformities, and then take any measures to record.

4.4    When the product does not meet the requirements, but does not affect the use, you can apply for concessions to receive, if there is a requirement in the contract, the concessions received by Tedrail to confirm the consent.
