Quality Control

1. Incoming Raw Materials Inspection:

Before the manufacturing process begins, our quality control initiates with a thorough inspection of raw materials. This involves assessing the quality, authenticity, and conformity of all materials to the specified standards. Only materials that meet our stringent criteria proceed to the production phase.

2. In-Process Quality Checks:

Throughout the manufacturing process, our qualified team of quality analysts conducts in-process checks. This includes monitoring key parameters such as dimensions, materials integrity, and adherence to design specifications. Any deviations from standards are identified and rectified promptly.

3. Final Product Testing:

Once the product is manufactured, it undergoes a battery of feature tests. For fogging machines, this may involve testing particle size consistency, motor performance, and timer functionalities. In the case of modular operation theatres, parameters such as electrical systems, medical gas systems, and lighting gear are meticulously checked.
