Phoenix Art Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The factory is located at No.4 Fuyang road, North Economic Development Zone, Suqian City, JiangSu Province,
covering an area of 17000 square meters. Until now it has developed many international brands, like PHONENIX, PICASSO, AUREUO and BONFIL and so
on, whose annual production capacity is 50 million.
Shuyang Phoenix Art Paints Co., Ltd. has established its own Development Center and Technology Center, whose developers are all senior technology
experts from global paints industry and they are composed of a very professional and international team.
Shuyang Phoenix Art Paints has adopted the strict traditional techniques of paint making from Britain, emphasizing on quality control. Based on the 4 kinds
