Quality Control

PROCEDURES:

1. Seller issues the SCO

2. Buyer reverts with ICPO with company details on company letterhead

3. Seller reverts with the draft SPA (for amendment and signing) and verbiage

for the Pre-Advice and SBLC.

4. Both parties issue verbiage to their respective banks for amendment or

approval.

5. Seller sends the signed Proforma Invoice

6. Buyers bank issues the Pre-Advice (POF) via MT799

7. Seller sends to buyer’s bank or by EDT the following POP for verification:

a) Final commercial Invoice

b) Fresh SGS / Q and Q report

c) Authorization to verify

d) Authorization to sell and collect (ATSC)

8. After verification, the buyer immediately issues the SBLC (A/R 12 Months)

and makes payment via MT103 against POP if further dip test is not required

or instrument can be drawn on.

9. Once the payment guarantee is verified the buyer issues to seller either a

TSR or Q88 for details for injection. At this stage the buyer can conduct a dip

test if required but will have to extend the tanks for 7 days.

10.Injection commences and buyer receives title and remaining documentation.
