Forty years of blood, sweat, and tears is poured into our company and this is just the beginning as our journey continues."The company celebrates its 40th anniversary this year since it was established in 1978.We have pioneered the manufacturing of Die & Mold in Korea, which is a first in the field of hard metal and precision molding process.Since 1998, we have become the only manufacturer to build an integrated production system to produce hard metal, design, assembly and manufacturing of lead frame.Shinwon has established a standardized, stable manufacturing and quality system through certification of TS 16949 and ISO 14001, which has earned more than $ 30 million worth of exports per year for global semiconductor companies.We are planning to complete second R&D center in Incheon in 2018, for developing new products that require high quality and high technology.
