FAQ's

We usually make shipment by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. In general it takes 3-10days between delivery and arrival. If needed, shipment by air or sea available.
A. For samples, 1-3 days; B. Mass order generally needs 7-20 days, depending on our production schedule and the order quantity. C. OEM delivery, after package design confirmed, the same period as normal mass production. D. ODE delivery, after prototype and package design confirmed, the same period as normal mass production.

Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the faulty rate will be less than 1%.If defective products would be found, please give us a description of the issue with photos and/or videos. After our QC confirms that it's really our quality problem, we make replenishment.
