We set up our own exporting office Shenzhen Shiechen Industrial Co.,Ltd. in 2013 at Shenzhen, China.Our factory specializes in plastic color pencil, plastic HB pencil, wooden color pencil, wooden pencil and stationery sets. All the products conform to EN71-1/2/3, ASTM F-963,ASTM D-4236. Our factory passes the certification ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard. We have large capacity up to 20 production lines with strict QC management. Each production step we have the QC to controal the quality for each order strictly. And we have our own research team.
