1.Cam: surface processed with oxygen nitriding and Aiko technology can keep the cam avoid of deformation for ten years.

2.Main electrical parts (PLC, touch screen, frequency converter) are purchased from Siemens or Mitsubishi .

3. Detection system are purchased from Sick, Shenshi, Omron Germany

4.Main pneumatic components are German FESTO products.

5.Vacuum system is imported from Taiwan and SMC products.

6.We reserved 5 points of connection data on all of our PLC for MES or ERP system if necessary in future，

7. Each part of Coolyoung has a serial number, it' S good to our company on facilitates scientific management, and also it' S good to our customers for easy maintenance and fast & accurate replace parts.

8.In any step of processing and assembling, we strictly control the accuracy of parts surface treatment and always doing our best to avoid surface abrasion and scratches. For example, each part will be well wrapped with paper individually after surface treatment.
