In May, 1983, Mr. Chang Chin Chang felt a great feeling in promoting the quality of life entirely. With the adherence and expectation to esthetic sensibility, he established the company --- Shang Chiao Co., Ltd. in Shetou in Chang-hua County, concentrating on the development and manufacture of panty-hoses. Our company is always the leader in the industry with highly progressed technique. In 1988, the development department of Shang Chiao developed flexible medical treatment healthy stockings first, with consideration to varicose vein piece and leg department fatigue which are caused by long-term standing jobs among women.
