Our processing program includes various soft capsule, hard capsule, tablets, pellets, and powdery, more than 10 kinds of products. We own large-scale production demonstrative base, and our subsidiary company has 2 plants with 100,000 air-purification and 300 staff members. Our company has two branches which are specialized in soft capsule, and both have passed pharmaceutical standards of good manufacturing practice (GMP), ISO9001, and received Nation Food Hygiene Certificate Class A. Each branch has 8 production lines for soft capsule and 5 production lines for both tablet and hard capsule. We can produce up to 50 billion soft-capsules, tablets, and hard capsules each year, with the latest technology. We developed a range of capsules, such as fish oil soft capsule, enteric-coated capsule, colored soft capsule, essence capsule, chewable capsule, plant hard capsule, tablet, effervescent tablets, and oral tablets. Each year, we export more than 30 varieties of products to America, European Union, Japan, Canada, and Australia. Our subsidiary company is one of the fish oil production manufacturers in China. We also join to formulate the quality line standards of nation polyunsaturated fish oil and, we produce fish oil for more than 3,600 tons. We are "demonstrative base of nation polyunsaturated fish oil" of deep-sea fishing in this country. The fish oil from deep-sea fishing, crushing, and refining, molecular distillation. We realize one-stop production, and ensure that the fish oil pure and fresh. We have 2 biggest production lines for molecule distillation in this country and inspection equipment. It can refine DHA and EPA of fish oil to 90 percent extracts. To define key control, strict quality control, we set up detecting instrument for raw materials purchase in terms of physical and chemical, and microbiological. We are performing testing regularly on the production environment including the settlement of bacteria and dust particles, such as the detection of production process of all procedure of a 24-hour monitoring. Finished detect indicators include more than 17 quality monitoring system, such as the volume of the active ingredients with the marking physical and chemical indicators, heavy metals, micro-organisms and products sample of testing.
