Shandong Guoming ductile iron pipes technology Co., Ltd (formerly known as Shandong Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd) is located in the beautiful city Linyi China.The company covers an area of 67 hectares.We have iron smelting system and casting iron pipe system two systems.Our major products include pig iron and ductile iron pipe.The iron smelting system is equipped with two furnaces of 350m3,two 60m dual-chain casting machines,sintering machines of 120m2,and coal powder injection,BPRT supply and coke mixing device.The annual output of iron smelting is 900,000 tons of pig iron for manufacture of iron pipe,steel,and ductile casting. The casting iron pipe system is equipped with six water-cooled and one hot-mould metallic centrifugal casting pipe machines, eight 15-ton main frequency furnace and five finishing lines. And in phase one can annually produce 600,000 tons of centrifugal ductile iron pipes of specifications from DN80-2600mm,and reach to one million tons in phase two, with the production scale and quality in a leading position in China.The types of ductile iron pipes include water supply pipes, sewage pipes, polyurethane pipes, epoxy resin lining pipes, epoxy ceramic lining pipes, push pipes and restrained pipes. The standards ISO2531/EN 545/EN 598/GB 13295 are followed. In addition, ductile iron pipes can be produced according to Australian or Brazilian standards or customized according to specific user demands.Each iron pipe is subject to strict quality inspection to ensure a high quality. The quality inspection process includes inspection of raw materials, dosing inspection, control of furnace temperature, test of components of liquid iron, metallographic examination, dimension examination, pressure ring rest, pull force test, hardness test, water pressure test, examination of lining and anti-corrosion coating, and surface quality inspection.Our mission is to provide customers with satisfactory products and services.
