SAMPLE: We will provide free sample to potential buyer by collect basis. In any other case we will charge you small amount for sample. All the sample charge will be refund upon order confirmation.
SAMPLE LEAD TIME: Normal sample lead time is 10 days.
SALES MAN SAMPLE (SMS): We develop SMS sample for Brand buyer. Normal charge for SMS sample is 2 to 5 times then the normal price depends on style.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME: Normal production lead time is 30 to 90 days depends on quantity and nature of garments.

3. Forced Labor: Not to use any force or involuntary labor.
4. Harassment & Abuse: Not to use corporal punishment, threats of Violence Or other forms of physical , sexual , Psychological or verbal harassment or abuse each employee will be treaded with dignity and respect
5. Health& Safety: Shahanaz Apparel Ltd Provide Employees with safe and healthy work Place in compliance with applicable laws and Regulation, ensuring at a minimum reasonable Access to portable water and sanitary facilities fire safety and adequate lighting ventilation .
6. Wages & Benefits: We always follow to pay the worker as per Gazette of the Government of Bangladesh.
7. Hours & Work: We strictly follow the working hours comply with the law.
8. Salary & Wages: As our goal to maintain high CSR policy so we keep focus to upgrade the things on regular basis. Salary and wages are paid to the workers as per gazette notification of the government of Bangladesh. Payment of salary and wages are made regularly within 07 (seven) working days of the following month after completion the work period.
9. Over Time: A. Overtime is calculated on the basic of double the basic salary , calculated of over time per hour is Basic Salary * 2 26(days)*8 (hours) Payment of overtime is made with monthly salary 7 (seven) working days of each month.
10. Bonus: Two festival bonus as per the company‘s rules and regulations are paid to each employee. Who has completed at least six month. Under six month getting as per ratio.
11. Casual Leave: All employees are entitled to enjoy 10 days casual leave in a year with full salary
/wages.
12. Sick Leave: All staff & Workers are entitled to enjoy 14 days Sick leave full salary /wages.
13. Maternity Leave: Female employees are entitled to enjoy 16 weeks (8 Weeks Prenatal & 8 weeks postnatal if she completes the 6 month service ) maternity leave benefit prescribed by law.
14. Earn leave : For adult worker 01 day leave for 18 days work , subject to the Completion of minimum 1 year service in the company
15. Festival leave: Minimum 11 days as per law
