4.2.2 Quality Policy

4.2.2.1 Preparation, review and approval of the quality policy manual

a. The quality policy manual shall be prepared by the company's

administrative department, reviewed by the policy representative, and approved by the general manager;

b. The quality policy manual is a regulatory document for the company to carry out quality activities, and all employees must understand and implement them.

4.2.2.2 The quality policy manual includes:

a. The scope of the company's quality policy system, including the details and reasonableness of any deletion;

b. A documented procedure and a reference to a working document prepared for the quality policy system;

c. Expression of the interaction between quality policy system processes;

4.2.3 File Control

A quality record is a special type of document that is controlled according to the requirements of the standard "record control".

4.2.3.1 The company develops and maintains the Document Control Procedures to control the documents required by the quality policy body:

Standardize quality record control to provide evidence that product services meet requirements and the quality policy system operates effectively.

4.2.4.1 The Administration Department is responsible for the centralized policy of the company's quality records.

4.2.4.2 The Record Control Procedures clearly stipulates the identification, storage,retrieval, protection, retention and disposal of quality records. The record storage time shall meet the requirements of customers and laws, regulations and trace ability of product quality
