". The answer was simple. The cost of Labor is cheaper than 21 Asian cities (According to ZETRO & WTO) . The labor is fairly skilled and the people have an interest to learn. The leather of Bangladesh is excellent (grain wise) in quality. The leather and shoe industry has been declared a thrust sector by the Government of Bangladesh consequently providing all support. Bangladesh is eligible for GSP by most of the European country giving it a price advantage over other exporting countries. Our products are manufactured by using the state-of-the-art machineries from Italy and Germany. In addition to the above, we have an in-house design making and developing facilities. We do have our corporate tannery support that gives us an extra advantage for sourcing genuine quality leather competitively, hence we can supervise the leather tanning process even from crust up to the final products.
