SELVANIA was founded in the early 1970s with the aim to devise and supply the confectionery industry with technological and functional semifinished products.SELVANIA was the first Italian Company to implement a plant for the production of emulsifier-based whipping agents in Italy.The sponge improver SELVIS, specifically designed for beatedegg pastes, was the first of a successful series that has contributed to the success of many products among our customers. Together with this, SELVANIA introduced a wide range of baking powders.The success achieved by such offerings in the confectionery business has prompted SELVANIA to launch into the production of fillings in the subsequent years.As a result, the new brands of KREM FILLING, water-based cream fillings and SELVANOC, fat-based cream fillings, were successfully put on the market.In this context, we have expanded our products range to offer the widest choice of solutions to our demanding international customers.
