SII caters to mainly medium and large enterprises in Singapore as well as MNCs from the electronics, manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, hard disk, oil and gas and pharmaceutical/life sciences industries.They also design and install gas detection system for personal safety, and fire hazards detection. They sell thermal validation systems, for use in the pharmaceutical industry. They also calibrate and perform various validation services for the pharmaceuticals and life sciences industry in Singapore and overseas.
