For Black Cardamom, various varieties are carefully chosen to suit different customer preferences. These include Sadguru Classic, Sadguru Select, Sadguru Reserve, and Sadguru Powder. For Ginger, Turmeric, Coffee, and Orthodox Tea, we select the freshest and best-suited raw materials to maintain product quality.

2. Drying and Processing:

After harvesting, the spices and tea leaves undergo a meticulous drying process. The drying method and duration are precisely controlled to preserve the desired flavor, color, and aroma. For Black Cardamom, the drying process is customized to enhance the smoky and earthy notes that characterize each variety. Ginger and Turmeric are dried to retain their unique flavors and vibrant colors, reflecting the rich terroir of Nepal. Coffee beans are processed using methods that bring out the unique characteristics influenced by the high-altitude regions of Nepal. Orthodox Tea leaves undergo traditional crafting techniques to capture the essence of Nepalese tea culture.

3. Grading and Sorting:

All dried products go through a rigorous grading and sorting process to remove any impurities, ensuring that only the highest quality ingredients make it to the final products. For Black Cardamom, the grading process further distinguishes between varieties such as Sadguru Classic, Select, Reserve, and Powder. Ginger, Turmeric, Coffee beans, and Orthodox Tea leaves are sorted according to quality and size.
