Sabre Heavy oil (crude oil) cleaning agent
Sabres heavy oil cleaning agent is a biodegradable, non-flammable, non-explosive, fast and safe detergent. Compounded by a variety of surfactants and supporting chemistry, with excellent permeability, emulsification and the ability to remove oil contamination from surfaces with ease. Sabre has excellent solubility in water, is simple to use, safe and environmentally friendly.
Sabre is a concentrated oil cleaning agent that can be used in dilution and in proportions with water specific to the needs of the application. The highest ratio of water is up to 1:10 parts, which effectively means that 1 litre of cleaning agent can be mixed into 10 liters of diluted cleaning solution. Sabres cleaning efficiency is 4-5 times more effective than kerosene, and without the kerosene odor and multitude of safety hazards that come with a hydrocarbon cleaning solution.
Sabres cleaning agent will not cause any corrosion or harm to common metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, purple copper and iron. Also, Sabre doesn’t cause irritation or injury when in direct contact with skin. Sabres main working principles are to quickly penetrate deep into the interior of the polluted oil and/or dirt layer utilizing the action of our osmotic agent. Once Sabre had penetrated the polluted area it then begins to decompose and break down the insoluble oil scale of macro-molecules restructuring them into an oil structure of small molecules through Sabres unique chemical effects. Thereafter and once the reaction of Sabres penetrating agent and emulsifier has restructured the compounds of the polluted area into small molecules, liquid circulation begins to flow and other physical processes will remove the oil and grease areas of pollution with ease.

Usage
This cleaning agent can be used in diversified cleaning methods
Soak cleaning: Place the metal parts into the cleaning agent container, soak in Sabre oil cleaner for 3 minutes and take out. Scrubbing cleaning: Using a brush, directly dip into Sabre cleaning agent for scrubbing, and the oil stains and pollution will dissolve instantly. Spray cleaning: Spray Sabre oil cleaner onto greasy dirt with a spray gun, and the heavy oil will be removed easily. Spray from the position where the cleaning agent flows from top to bottom. Ultrasonic cleaning: Add Sabre oil cleaning agent into an ultrasonic tank at a ratio of 3-10%, and the oil/pollution will dissolve completely after 15 seconds.Sabre Code of Conduct
