Quality Control

Robin EPC’s quality control activities are performed in 3 phases. The first phase is to ensure the quality of the raw materials.  The second phase includes the controls and tests on fresh concrete, and ultimately the evaluation of hardened concrete (the final piece) according to INSO 14976.

First Step:

Input materials such as cement, silica, additives, etc., must comply with relevant standards. Therefore, as soon as each material enters, it undergoes necessary tests and is stored in the warehouse.

Second Step:

During the manufacture of concrete constructs, the specifications of fresh concrete are thoroughly controlled & checked, and their properties are also documented in the quality control data sheets.

Third Step:

After production and storage of the concrete constructs for a certain period, tests must be conducted on the manhole covers to ensure the desired quality specified in the 14967 standard and they must comply with the required specifications in the standard.
