4. BUYER PUTS HIS INSPECTION TEAM ON BOARD HIS VESSEL.
5. BUYER ISSUES MT799 PRE - ADVICE TO SWIFT MT103 VALID FOR SIXTY (60) DAYS FROM TOP PRIME BANK IN THE WORLD, COVERING THE TOTAL CARGO AS PER SELLER'S VERBIAGE. SELLER RESPOND WITH READINESS TO RECEIVE THE MT103 AND ISSUE MT799 PRE - ADVICE TO GIVE 2% PERFORMANCE BOND VIA SWIFT AS GUARANTEE FOR PERFORMANCE.
6. SELLER/TERMINAL OFFICIALLY INVITES BUYER’S VESSEL INTO THE TERMINAL FOR LOADING, BUYER COMFIRMS INVITATION AND SELLER CLEARS THE VESSEL INTO TERMINAL AT SELLER’S EXPENSE, LOADING COMMENCES.
7. BUYER CONFIRMS LOADING IN PROGRESS VIA HIS INSPECTION TEAMS.
8. UPON COMPLETION OF LOADING, BUYER’S INSPECTOR CONDUCTS QUANTITY AND QUALITY ANALYSIS AND RELEASE RESULT,
9. SELLER ISSUES BELOW CARGO DOCUMENTS IN BUYER’S NAME AND TRANSMIT TO BUYER VIA HIS BANK.
