1. Purpose

In order to ensure that the products provided by our company are safe and reliable for users, and meet the requirements of device operation, our company makes the following quality assurance commitments:

1 The product manufacturing process is strictly in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality system management regulations, and the product design, manufacturing, and inspection standards are implemented. All raw materials, production processes, product inspections and tests, final inspections and other production related to quality and performance are controlled. Link control points, meet product technology and quality requirements, and products have traceability. Ensure that all products are brand new and unused.

2 According to the requirements of the technical specifications and the provisions of the technical conditions recognized by both parties.

3 Provide all the technical support services related to arrival, inspection, installation, commissioning, operation and after-sales service.

4 Provide training services for daily maintenance and troubleshooting of common faults.

5 After the end of the quality guarantee period, the maintenance and replacement parts costs caused by the inherent quality problems of the product itself will be charged by us at the cost, and the replacement parts costs incurred by the non-product quality problems shall be borne by the user. If there is any quality problem, we will arrive at the scene for service within 24 hours after receiving the user's notice.

6 Our company's quality control records are traceable.

7 Random accessories and spare parts

We shall deliver all the transportation documents, quality documents, operating instructions and other certificates including the following documents to the consignee designated by the buyer on the day of product delivery. The delivered relevant materials and technical documents, drawings, including product instruction manuals, quality assurance forms, supply lists, certificates of conformity, factory inspection reports and other materials required in the technical agreement must be stamped with the seller's (quality) special seal. Random spare parts and tools are provided by the manufacturer free of charge, and the specifications and quantities are detailed in accordance with the technical agreement.

8 Commitment to the buyer's process control and acceptance

8.1 The product shall be inspected according to the acceptance criteria specified in the technical agreement of the order, and the buyer shall be responsible for the acceptance at the place of arrival of the goods. If there is a dispute over the acceptance criteria and methods, the buyer shall determine the acceptance criteria and methods.

8.2 During the validity period of the agreement, the buyer and user have the right to inspect our quality assurance system and put forward suggestions for rectification, and we will complete the rectification within a reasonable time limit.

8.3 In order to strengthen the quality control during the implementation of this agreement, we support and actively cooperate with the buyer to set up the following three quality control points for on-site inspection of the manufacturer.

(1) Re-inspection of raw materials

We provide the buyer with each batch of incoming raw materials and related documents (certificate of origin, material report, material re-inspection report, etc.) for the buyer to inspect.

(2) Intermediate inspection point

The buyer will send someone to our factory at any time to witness the manufacturing process of the goods and conduct a comparative inspection according to the requirements of the technical agreement.

(3) Factory inspection

The buyer goes to our factory to participate in the factory inspection, and the product can only leave the factory after the inspection is qualified. If the buyer proposes to us for rectification during the inspection process, we shall complete the rectification within the time limit required by the buyer.
