In 1992 Rich Big Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded at county of Tainan with a capital asset of NT$ 8,000,000. The first extruder was set up for producing plastic sheets. In 1995 The second extruder was set up to increase the production capacity. We had an investment of NT$12,000,000 in cash to increase the capital up to NT$ 20,000,000. In 1996 The third extruder was set up to expand the market share. In 1999 The fourth extruder was set up to expand the market share. We had an investment of NT$ 20,000,000 in cash to increase the capital up to NT$ 40,000,000. In 2001 We extended the factory and the fifth extruder was set up to produce transparent sheets to increase the added value of products. In 2002 We had an investment of NT$ 20,000,000 in cash to increase the capital up to NT$ 60,000,000. In 2003 We obtained ISO9001 certification!In 2008 The first multi-layer co-extrusion machine was set up to produce EVA super clear films and surface protective films. In 2009 The sixth and seventh extruders were set up to expand the market share.
