Acquiring GRS(Global Recycled Standard) certification.
1. REBORNPLAS always has 40-50 KG trial-produce on each item in order to get the datasheet and checks its quality before
starting the batch-produce (First time quality inspection).
2. 1 lot : 20 tons → 1 lot = 4 batches → 1 batch = 5 tons
3. QC department has to get the random sampling every 3-hour on each batch. Then, send the sample to lab and get the testing result routinely. (Second time quality inspection)
4. If no any QC problems, we will mix and stir all batches averagely in order to stabilize the materials of the total amount. Then, send the sample to lab and get the datasheet.
(Final time quality inspection)
