Our factory is in Heshan, Guangdong, which is about 1 hour by car from our showroom in Guangzhou. We also provide sourcing service from other China based factories to give our customers the most cost-effective products.
Yes, but with some conditions as follow: We do charge sample cost and freight cost from new customers, but we deduct it from the confirmed order, we think this is fair and a good opportunity for both parties to start a long-term cooperation. Or we offer free samples but leave freight charges on your side as another option for a start. Samples and freight cost of samples (one set and one shipment) from pre-production and/or mass production for approval are free of charge. Any other requirement for samples, you’re always welcome to discuss with your account manager.
Well, it depends on order quantities, normally the production period is about 30 to 60 days after confirmation of order details, samples and packaging etc.…

You can see from our quotation that the price is based on FOB Guangzhou, so Huangpu or Shenzhen are the main port we ship our goods where are the closest port from our factory. Ningbo is another option for products manufactured in that area.
Standard payment term is T/T 30% deposit, balance pay against copy of documents. L/C at sight is another option for orders with total amount over US$30k. Any other payment request, please feel free to discuss with your account manager.
Yes, there’s extra handling cost for small amount orders, details are as follow: Order amount is 3,000 US$ to 5,000 US$, handling cost is 500 US$; Order amount is 5,000 US$ to 8,000 US$, handling cost is 300 US$. Any more questions on this, please contact your account manager to discuss.
Standard MOQ is 1,000 per item per design for pre-ordered products. If you join combined production with other customers, no MOQ requirement, but would need to meet minimum order amount of US$3,000 per order and follow production period from combined order. MOQ for stock products is 12pcs of every item, shipping and shipping cost should refer to terms of shipping for wholesalers of stock products from online store.
