RÇT Health Communication Services Trade Industry Inc., was founded by a consortium of 4 women entrepreneurs on November 1, 2017, in Bursa, Turkey. The company is dedicated to introducing %100 Natural, organic personal care products under the brand of "Radika Aromatherapy" to consumers. The company adheres to ISO 22716 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) production standards, reflecting the growing interest in such products globally.

Today, RÇT continues its production in 2 separate facilities located in Mudanya and Nilüfer districts of Bursa/Turkey without compromising the "principle of protecting human health and the environment" within the framework of eco-friendly standards. The company boasts a production facility and a research and development (R&D) laboratory, both compliant with CE standards and is supported by a professional team of 10 members. All products undergo inspection by the Turkish Ministry of Health and are traceable through the National Pharmaceuticals Tracking System (ÜTS).

Radika distributes its products through various channels, including its e-commerce website www.radikaaromatherapy.com and prominent online marketplaces. Moreover, the products are available to consumers in A Plus Cafe establishments within Acıbadem Hospitals and Shopink stores.

Radika Aromatherapy offers products that contain no additives, consisting of pure essential oils and hydrosols (plant waters) obtained without undergoing any chemical processes. These products are designed to support and maintain health. The product range includes 100% natural, organic essential oil hair and skin care products, hand-foot care products, spa & wellness products, natural and skin-friendly sunscreen products, 100% natural and organic fly repellent products and restorative creams, ambient spray made with pure and organic essential oils and candles made with natural soy.

Founded by 4 resilient female entrepreneurs who have overcome cancer, the RÇT company strategically developed the Radika Aromatherapy brand to address the unique challenges faced by women during and after cancer treatment. The brand is dedicated to providing clean and natural products. In this context, the company also functions as a social enterprise. In 2014, it founded the Pi Women's Cancer Association with the goal of raising awareness about women's cancers, specifically breast cancer, as well as ovarian, uterine, and cervical cancers. The company actively engages in community awareness initiatives in this field and provides support for diagnosis and treatment to individuals facing financial constraints.

Through strategically located stores within Acıbadem Hospitals Oncology Services in Turkey, Radika Aromatherapy offers meticulously crafted products featuring pure essential oils and hydrosols (plant waters). These products are sourced without undergoing any chemical processes and are free from additives.
