Yes, we can, but we have many kinds of aluminum profiles and products that haven’t been included in the catalog. You should let us know what kind of products you are interested in? Then, we offer the details to you.
As you know aluminum profiles are non-standard products. We need to know your requirements first, such as aluminum grade, finish, and quantity. It will be appreciated if you can send us drawings and details for providing you with a quotation.
Commonly we use plastic film and kraft paper for profiles, and foam and PE packing for handles, also we can make as per customers’ requirements.
We have quality control on the different steps of production lines and packing, and a final inspection before shipment
Normally the cost for 1×40’or 1×20’container order quantity is are the lowest cost. 40′ about 20-26 tons and 20′ about 8-12tons. Normally produce new mold and sample need around 15days. 1×20’or 40’container order quantity about 15-30days
