Established in 2010, Qingzhou Hengshun Packing materials Co., Ltd locates in north part of Kangsheng road, Qingzhou city, Shandong Province. It specializes in research, development and production of holographic anti-counterfeiting packing materials used for cigarettes, wines, cosmetics, medicines, reticule, labels, and etc. Our company mainly produces PVC, BOPP, PET common, special edition, positioning, medium, composite and transfer holographic films with all kinds of colors, and a variety of holographic transfer paper, holographic composite film and transfer self-adhesive papers. Our company has domestic and even Asian first-class advanced production equipment and professional inspection and testing equipment. With many years of producing transfer and composite films experience, we can provide high quality packing materials for cigarettes and tobacco, wine industry, pharmacy, and cosmetics industry. Market-oriented, we take technical innovation as our goal, and set up a design and manufacture department which gathered a group of young and professional research and development personnel. Therefore, we can ensure that the product quality of each batch is improving and always higher than our competitors. Our company has passed ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environment Management System Certification and OHSAS18001 Occupation Health Safety Management System Certification. From production environment(holographic film embossing workshop, coating workshop and slitting workshop), techniques to raw material selecting, we always put the requirements of Quality Management, Environment Management and Safety Management in the first place, and implement it into each production work. Company Equipment and Technical Force Our company has 50 staff, in which there are 8 medium and high-ranking management talents and professionals, 2 persons who have been working in this packing materials line over 30 years, 4 persons over 20 years, 2 persons over 10 years, and 15 operators who have rich experience of each process. All these professionals take 46% of our total staff number. Our company is fully equipped for production and has enough production capacity. We have 2 sets of coating machine (one 1200mm, and one 1700mm), 2 sets of aluminum plating machines(one aluminum plating machine and one for medium plating), 9 sets of holographic film embossing machines(3 BOPP embossing machines, 4 PET embossing machines, 2 special edition and positioning embossing machines), 5 sets of film slitting machines(4 for 1200mm and 1 for 1800mm), 1 set of compound machine, 1 set of high precision positioning and paper breaking machine, 1 set of paper stripping machine, a whole set of holographic platemaking equipment and other production auxiliary equipment. Our production equipment and capacity can fully meet all customers’ requirements. Our company has a standard plant of 6000 m2, which includes 6 workshops. They are coating workshop, embossing workshop, aluminum plating workshop, slitting workshop, compound workshop and platemaking workshop. The workshops are equipped with constant temperature and humidity devices to ensure that our workshop environment can fully meet the material requirements of cigarettes and tobacco, wine industry and pharmacy. Production Technology and Capacity Our company has the technical and developing capacity of coating, embossing, aluminum plating, slitting, compound, stripping, humidifying, cross-breaking and platemaking. The annual production capacity is 4000 tons ( 2000 tons holographic film and 2000 tons holographic paper). The coating process adopts anilox coating, which is applicable to all kinds of technical requirements of offset printing, gravure printing, silk screen printing and flexo printing. Our aluminum plating machine can do online testing for aluminum plating thickness according to different production requirements, which has the advantage of high uniformity of aluminum plating. The embossing process includes single embossing, dual embossing, edition-seamless, special edition and positioning, holographic positioning and film upon film. We can also do colors before holographic embossing to make colorful holographic film to meet all kinds of customers’ requirements. The compound technology can produce 30G/M2-350G/M2 quantitative products. The compound equipment can produce all kinds of gold and silver paper, such as compound, transfer, aluminum foil, holographic positioning, special edition, adhesive sticker and labels. Stripping and humidifying can not only ensure the stripping quality, but also complement moisture which lost in compound process and ensure paper smooth. The cross-cutting technology includes edge trimming, cross-cutting, paper sorting out, which has the ability of tracking and positioning and can ensure product cross-cutting precision and meet follow-up customer requirements. Our company facilities can satisfy all kinds of customer requirements. We do technical audit on each order and detail the whole process of product input and output.
