Our factory is located in the famous "China Caps Making Town" - Lige Village, Qingdao, China, employing over 1,500 skilled workers. We have an embroidery factory with 200 sets of the latest 20 head TAJIMA and BARUDAN embroidery machines. Our working time is 8 hours in 3 shifts per day. Our annual yield is 240,000,000pc caps. We also set up a printing department for 9-color screen printing. In addition, we have our own hardware, patch and label producers that can supply various accessories to beautify caps.We have established a multi-point and comprehensive system of quality control.
