We adopt the most advanced production line including automatic horizontal high-pressure foaming, cutting and blasting machines, as well as so many experienced personnel retained by humanized management, all qualifying Jilinew sponge to the top market standard when considering sponge aperture, net structure uniformity, extension strength, resilience, etc. Sponge can be 14-110 kg/m3 in density, 25 to 100 in hardness, also available of customized performance feature. All sponge are approved by SGS/PONY institute upon 151 SVHC in REACH, Eco-friendly test, RoHS and Norway PoHS test.
