The ETI code of conduct complies with the declaration

The company and all management recognize that the ETI code of conduct is to protect the fundamental rights and interests of employees, is the expectation of consumers, customers, the public and the government, and the fundamental goal of a responsible company is to provide employees with healthy, safe and decent working and living conditions.

The company solemnly promises:

Compliance with ETI guidelines;

1. Selective employment

1.1 forced Labour, imprisoned Labour and involuntary Labour of prisoners shall not be used.

1.2 employees shall not be required to pay a deposit or submit their identity documents to the employer and are free to leave their employer upon reasonable prior notice.

2. Respect for freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.

2.1 all employees shall, without exception, have the right to join or form other unions of their choice and to enter into collective collective bargaining.

2.2 employers should be open to trade union activities and their organizational activities.

2.3 workers' representatives shall not be discriminated against and may use their workplaces to perform their functions as workers' representatives.

2.4 if the right to free association and collective bargaining is restricted by law, the employer facilitates, rather than impedes, the provision of similar forms of independent and free association and collective bargaining.

3. Safe and hygienic working conditions

3.1 a safe and hygienic working environment shall be provided.Take into account the general knowledge of the industry and any particular dangers.Appropriate measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of various accidents and harmful health events caused by, related to or occurring in the work, and to reduce the inherent risk factors in the work environment.

3.2 employees shall receive regular and documented safety and hygiene training, which shall be repeated for new and transferred employees.

3.2 the employee shall be provided with clean toilet facilities, drinking water and, where possible, food storage facilities.

3.4 the accommodation provided shall be clean, safe and meet the basic requirements of the employee.

3.5 companies adopting this code shall appoint a senior management representative to take charge of safety and health work.

4. No child labor

4.1 no child labor shall be recruited.

4.2 all companies shall develop, participate in and fund child labor relief policies and programs so that any child who has ever worked as a child receives normal education until they are no longer children.

4.3 children and youth under the age of 18 shall not be arranged to work at night or in dangerous conditions.

4.4 these policies and procedures must be consistent with the relevant ILO standard provisions.

5. Living wage

5.1 the wages and benefits to be paid per standard wage week shall at least be higher than the statutory or industry standards.In any case, the salary paid should always be sufficient to meet basic needs and provide some discretionary income.

5.2 prior to the commencement of work, employees shall provide them with written and easily understood information on the terms of employment of wages and, upon each payment of wages, provide them with a detailed salary situation for the current wage period.

5.3 without the consent of the employee, the deduction of wages shall not be allowed as a punishment, and the deduction of wages shall not be allowed in violation of the national laws. All punishment measures shall be recorded.

6. Don't overwork

6.1 the working hours shall conform to the standards stipulated by national laws and industry, and the higher standards shall prevail.

6.2 under no circumstances shall the employee be required to work more than 48 hours a week on a regular basis, and shall be guaranteed to have at least one day off every 7 days on average. The overtime work shall be voluntary.And no more than 12 hours per week, employees are not required to work overtime regularly, and must pay extra overtime pay.

7. No discrimination

7.1 no person shall be discriminated against in respect of employment, salary, training, promotion, dismissal or retirement on the basis of race, social status, nationality, religion, age, disability, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, trade union membership or party affiliation.

8. Formal employment

8.1 where possible, a formal employment relationship must be established for all work in accordance with national laws and regulations.

8.2 obligations to formally employed employees under labor or social security regulations shall not be avoided through pure labor contracts, subcontracting or work-from-home arrangements, or through fraudulent apprenticeship programs, nor shall such obligations be avoided through overused fixed-term employment contracts.

9. Employees shall not be treated in a rough or inhuman manner

9.1 the use of maltreatment or corporal punishment, or the threat of maltreatment, sexual harassment, and insult or other forms of intimidation against an employee shall be prohibited.

The provisions of this code are only the most basic, not the highest, standards and should not deter companies from adopting more demanding standards.Companies wishing to adopt this code comply with national and other relevant laws.Where a legal requirement relates to the same issue as the provisions of this code, the higher standard shall prevail.
