Quality Control

The following eight quality control steps outline the production process for coconut shell briquette charcoal.

1. Raw Material Selection:

2. Coconut Shell Cleaning:

4. Molding:

6. Quality Check:

Prior to use, it is essential to inspect the briquettes to ensure there are no cracks, defects or moisture.

It is advisable to test burn the briquettes to ensure that the burning time and heat generated are up to standard.

7. Packaging:

It is recommended that the briquettes be packed in an airtight container to maintain their quality.

8. Storage:

It is important to store the briquettes in a dry place.
