Yes, of course. Product samples can be provided free of charge, you only need to pay the shipping cost.
We have years of experience, and we have standard operating procedures in the production process, to ensure standard and consistent product output, we firmly believe that customer satisfaction is our business priority, so we guarantee every item we produce, has gone through a strict quality control process.
We are shipping our products from the port of Semarang (Tanjung Emas, IDSRG), or by request available Surabaya (Tanjung Perak, IDSUB), Jakarta (Tanjung Priok, IDTPP) Indonesia. Keep in mind, that transit time and departure date is depending on the shipping line and can be different from shipment to shipment.
ZONECOCO is officially registered under PT. Zona Industri Ekstraktif. Please contact us to verify our business license and registration.
We can agree on the payment terms of Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), with an advance payment of 50% of the invoice value to start production. After the container with the product shipped, we prepare shipping documents: Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate Of Origin (COO), invoice, and packing list. It takes 3-5 days to prepare all the documents. The rest is 50% after we send you the copy Bill of Lading (B/L) and a Certificate of Origin (COO). After we receive payment, we will send you the original documents via DHL or just a telex release.
