Quality Control

1. Goals

This document sets out how quality requirements (compliance with procedures consisting of the company's Quality System Manual) will be met.

2. Scope

This procedure applies to personnel responsible for developing plans, which cover production quality aspects at PT. Empat Serangkai Globalindo, the testing and inspection process starts from the process of incoming materials, products in process to the final product.

3. Definition

1. "PASSED OK" products are products that comply with the standards determined by the Customer.

2. "REJECTED" products are products that do not comply with predetermined standards.

3. Rework, is rework on products that do not comply with standards.

4. Repair, is repairing a product that is not suitable so that after repair it will comply with standards.

5. Sorting, is the process of selecting or selecting goods or materials that meet specified specifications.

4. Work Procedures and Responsibilities

4.1. Work procedures

The Quality Control procedure will provide the sequence and reference for the QC Inspector's work in ensuring the quality of goods is in accordance with PT standards. Four Triads of Globalindo and Customers.

a) Understand existing work procedures.

b) Understand the production plan

c) In-No. / order status and daily work orders (SPK)

d) Customer complaint history

e) Carrying out checks on machine and manual processes.

f) Checking whether the process is in accordance with the work process in the production section.

g) Make regular inspection results reports.
