Company Overview

PT Dua Harimau Sumatra is registered in 2016 with the main focus to export Indonesian Coffee. Our main coffee company is UD Segar Harum which has been in coffee business since 1945. It has been the third generation running this business, and we believe only a company with integrity, good products, flexibility, and good adaptability will stay for that long. We started UD Segar Harum in a small town Binjai, 21 kilometres from Medan, North Sumatra Indonesia. North Sumatra and Aceh are 2 regions in Indonesia that produce and export the most coffee from Indonesia.We believe in giving the best quality coffee to customers, therefore we invest in the Probatone12, made in Germany and is the best coffee roaster in the world today. In 2009, we expanded our business to Medan, and started selling online through our websites kopisidkalang.com and mandheling.com, and through Indonesias ecommerce sites: lazada.co.id, tokopedia.com, blibli.com, elevenia, and bukalapak.com. Through internet, we have distributed our products to most regions in Indonesia.In offline market, we have 3 shops in Medan, and have resellers all over Indonesia. We also put our products in Carrefour Indonesia and Indomaret, a very famous retail chains in Indonesia.We have a new vision and mission to expand our market overseas. In 2016, we incorporate PT Dua Harimau Sumatera and obtain our export license the same year. We have since exported our coffee to Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan regularly.In April 2017, PT Dua harimau Sumatera obtains verified gold merbership from , which we believe will be the best marketplace for International market.
