Company Overview

We are specialised to manufacture hand made bamboo furnitures e.g. Relaxing Chairs, Double BED, Sofa, dining table etc.

We use solid and treated bamboo to manufacture the furnitures, below are the process we follow to treat the bamboo for long durability :

Treatment Process -

1. Once Bamboo is harvested then we dry the bamboo in sunlight,

2. After that we keep bamboo in Chemical Treatment plant for 2 weeks, so

that all starch is removed from Bamboo and it is free from any future

decease

3. Then we keep the bamboo in sunlight to make it dry

4. And then we insert the bamboo in fire smoke so that it becomes more

hard and its colour is changed to black

5. Now the bamboo is ready for manufacturing of Furnitures

We can manufacture all kind of bamboo Furnitures, we also work on customisation of our product based on customers demand. We also manufacture as per the design given by companies, so that it can fulfil there customers demand and need.

We put human effort and time to manufacture our products and we produce best in quality product, so there is no chance for manufactured product of being defective. because we do not send our material to the warehouse untill it is properly tested and passed.

As we use treated bamboo so durability is more then 25 years of the manufactured product.

We have our manufacturing factory in Aasam, India where labour cost is very cheap and raw material is available at very cheap prise, so our manufactured product is obviously very cheap. 

We have our own bamboo farms which we use as a raw material for producing Bamboo furnitures, and we have our manufacturing factory set up at the same place. Our workers are highly trained to manufacture good quality of bamboo products.

Cost and Quality is the main things where we focus more and thats the reason we manufacture our product at very competitive price which no other company can give.
