We would like to introduce ourselves as India’s biggest producer of HDPE/PP woven products for various packaging solutions and Second largest FIBC (Jumbo Bags) manufacturer. We are part of Champalal Group, which is more than 60 years old with an annual turnover of 210 Million USD.

In the year 2005, Champalal Group started the mega project of different type of Plastics Packaging products with a capacity of 21,000 Metric Tons per annum, which has now increased up to 55,000 Metric Tons per annum.

 

Due to stringent Quality Controls, timely deliveries, swift Customer Response/Service, state of art Production and Quality Control Machines, we have become the fastest growing FIBC producing company of India and within a  span of just 10 years we have become the second largest producer of the country.

 

We also feel proud to inform to you that we are the company which has got Food Grade BRC certificate for the whole Production Process, which is from Granules to Bags which is rarely available in the country.

Standard One loop/two loop bags. UN Bags One/two loops with filling spout/discharge spout options. Base Construction: Centre Seam/Star Base/Square Base. Liner Options: Pillow Liner/Shape Liner/Suspended Liner. Attachment Options: Gluing & Tabbing for 4 loops and one/two loops.

 

Liner Options:

Normal Liner: Bottom sealed or both side open. Form-fit Liner Baffle Liner Aluminium Liners. Barrier Liners Suspended Liner

 

 

Our Production Capabilities:

 

v  11 Extrusion Plants to make the tapes.

v  272 Circular Looms including 6-Shuttles and 8-Shuttles

v  56 Flat Sulzer Looms can make maximum width up to 5.30 Mtr.

v  4 Co-extrusion plant (Multilayer Blown Film) can make maximum tube of 2.50 Mtr and 200 micron.

v  Auto Form-fit liner machine and suspended liner machine from Turkey.

v  6 Lamination Plants – Can laminate up to 2.10 mtr fabric.

v  15 Printing Machines- Can print up to 4 colours

v  1 Multifilament Yarn Plants- From SML Austria can make minimum 300 DNR to maximum 4000 DNR.

v  43 Needle Looms- maximum width 100 mm and maximum grammage 75 gram/linear meter.

v  21 Bale Press Machines

v  647 Stitching machines

 

We have a full-fledged laboratory equipped with the necessary gear for testing which includes Tensile Tester for fabric and webbing, UV testing machine, Test Rig (load testing machine for cyclic and destructive) and quality control machines like Air Cleaning Machines, Metal Detectors, Ultrasonic Cutters on the looms and cutting machines.

Geographic Location:

We have 9 Production Facilities located on the Western coast of India i.e. in Gujarat and very near to KANDLA and MUNDRA Port which makes us easier to supply the material quickly at economical cost and greatly reduces the lead times.
