Penglai Suns Truck Parts Co., Ltd. was established by Sun Tianri (Chairman and General Manager) in 1992, with more than 400 employees and a registered capital of RMB 20 million and an annual output value of RMB 100 million. Mainly engaged in the manufacture of torque rod and bushings for heavy trucks, the products meet the internationally advanced level. We have therefore become a supplier for the main heavy truck companies in China.With factory facilities covering an area of 23,000 square meters, we have 15,000 square meters of workshops. With TS16949 quality system certification, our 400 employees utilize more than 80 sets of sophisticated polyurethane elastomer processing equipment and over 160 sets of machining equipment. Also we utilize a self-developed, large-scale and fully automatic production line for polyurethane casting and sulfurization, and this equipment holds a leading position in China. Our annual production capacity of polyurethane elastomers and compounds now reaches 800 metric tons, while the yearly output of torque arms stands at 500,000 pieces. Offering standard products with more than 60 models in 10 series, we can also design and manufacture models according to customers requirements. Meanwhile, we also produce vibration dampers and seals for use in engineering machinery, power generation, coal and petroleum industries. Furthermore, we regularly manufacture various non-standard polyurethane products as per clients requests.With more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing these products, our flexible trial production service, comprehensive organization system and quick responses ensure that we provide the most convenient service for automobile companies.
