Initial Assessment: We begin by thoroughly reviewing client requirements, specifications, and design details to ensure a clear understanding of project expectations.

Material Inspection: Prior to production, all raw materials undergo rigorous inspection for quality, durability, and adherence to industry standards. This includes the examination of paperboard, inks, coatings, and any other materials used in the packaging.

Prototype and Sampling: We create prototypes and samples to validate design accuracy, structural integrity, and visual aesthetics. These samples are reviewed and approved by clients before mass production begins.

Production Supervision: Throughout the manufacturing process, our experienced quality control team conducts regular inspections and supervises each phase of production. This includes monitoring printing, cutting, finishing, and assembly processes.

Quality Checks: Finished products undergo thorough quality checks to verify dimensions, print quality, color accuracy, structural integrity, and overall craftsmanship. We ensure that each box meets our predetermined quality benchmarks.

Packaging and Shipment Inspection: Prior to packaging and shipment, a final inspection is conducted to guarantee that every item meets the specified standards. This includes visual checks, counting, and packaging verification.
