Important message to anyone contacting P-EMPIRE / GLOBAL-IQ for commodity transactions.Those who submit a false NCNDA/IMFPA, LOI, ICPO, RWA, BCL will be reported to Interpol, the ICC and the NBI/FBI as this is a CRIME.  This measure is to protect the commodities industry which is fundamental to the world's economy. Please adhere to, and respect, all laws, rules & regulations and good & trustworthy business ethics & practices always. 

Please note Commercial, Financial, and Legal due diligence, the process which is an assessment of the risk involved in the business transaction, by gathering,  analyzing, managing, and monitoring information about an actual or potential Business Partner, has to be duly performed and satisfy its own requirements by the End Seller, End buyer, and respective Mandates, at the stage on signing the SPA.   

P-EMPIRE / GLOBAL-IQ will not be held responsible, and/or liable in case of under and/or Non-performance by either party. Whilst P-EMPIRE/GLOBAL-IQ strives to provide the best Brokerage and liaison Mandates / Agents between various parties involved in a particular business transaction, at a predefined Commission arrangement, it cannot be held accountable or legally binding on the deviation of Contractual clauses by either party or parties involved.   

Any legal issues will be addressed as per the SPA clause.

If you receive any suspicious letters, fraudulent recruitment offers, or emails misappropriating the name and logo of P-EMPIRE / GLOBAL-IQ we strongly advise you not to respond.  P-EMPIRE / GLOBAL-IQ will not accept liability, under any circumstances, for loss and/or damage resulting from these unauthorized advertisements or fraudulent representations, whether direct or consequential.
