Our ramen are made from all natural wheat flour without additives. The latest ramen making technology goes hand-in-hand with the traditional ramen pulling technique which guarantees a non-fried, non-greasy, all natural, delicious and healthy meal for a bowl full of enjoyment! Ippin Ramen are springy, not sticky and not easily broken. While other instant ramen come packed in dry, fried form, Ippin Ramen is produced to seal in a degree of moisture content just sufficient to keep the noodles fresh without destroying the nutritional content.Ippin Ramen retains considerably better tensile strength even after being kept warm for a period of time. This is achieved through the high quality protein enriched wheat flour used in the production of Ippin Ramen, which also makes it low in alkalinity with a rich aromatic fragrance of fresh flour.
