Nothing Like It will conduct its business in the world with integrity and honesty. We aim to continue improving on our quality services, products and operations to maintain, fairness, respect integrity, trust and sound business judgement. No illegal or unethical conduct on the part of offices, directors, employees or affiliates will ever be a part of this company or in the company’s best interest. Nothing Like It will not compromise its principles or the ethical performance of this company.

All staff are required to uphold the integrity of the company’s image throughout the company’s business practices. No alternative forms of remuneration shall be considered as offer to attract or influence business activity.

Nothing Like It staff shall adhere to the NZ Privacy Act 1993 and uphold these principles with regard to all correspondence and information relating to the company’s business practices and to be treated as sensitive and confidential. All associated individuals and entities will be treated with the utmost discretion, sensitivity and given information only on a need to know basis.

Misuse and complete disregard for the information provided within this Code Of Ethics Document will expose an individual to civil liability and penalties under the NZ Privacy Act 1993.

Employees MUST not disclose company information to outside parties or individuals.

Employees MUST not buy or sell the company’s securities.

Employees MUST not buy or sell another company’s or corporations securities.

Staff shall deem to report on all company information accurately and honestly. Obey the Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and respect fellow work colleagues.

Violation of the principles as set out above may result in disciplinary action including possible termination.
