The naming of "Ion heat" is by our company to indicate the characteristics of this new invention. Unlike a conventional heating tech, "Ion Heat" generates heat directly inside water between two electrodes. There is no resistor nor any conductor matter to generate heat. Only ions move and heat the water molecules directly inside the water. Therefore the consumption of electricity( power) is exactly the amount of power connected . It means no waste of power whatsoever. Just consider how an electric boiler makes heat and transfer them to the water. It heats resistor upto 600~700 degree C. After the metal resistor is heated it then transfer its heat to water. Still the required heat is too low and has to mix with cold water. All this processes waste energy more than it is required. The power is wasted during transit to the resistor and blending with cold water.We see similar waste with gas, oil boilers too. Only ion heat tech uses exact amount of energy required by the consumer device.

Our experience tells that energy consumption in water heating depends on varying testing conditions. When ambient temperature is cold enough under zero,heating device( consumer) loses more energy for waste. Outlined records are summarized as follows: 1. Against regular electric boiler, "ion heat" boiler saves power upto 60~84%. We saw higher saving in cold weather than on warm days. 2. Against gas boiler, "ion heat' boiler saves 50~60%. 3. Against heat pumps, "ion heat' boiler saves 15~35%. As noted above, in cold weather we saw higher savings than on warm days. We tested above in testing with underneath floor heating . As most Koreans live on underneath floor heating house,we used the testing experiments by comparing the power or energy consumption.

1. Ions directly heats water without any resistor nor any conductor,i.e, 99.9% of energy is turned to heat. 2. Setting temperature is as lowest as possible near to desired temperature. 3. Operational ambient temperature is -25 ~+35 degree C. Output temperature is between 1~80 degree C. 4. A thermostat will control the desired temperature by pushing on setting-switch once. 5. Simple and easy installation because of compact size and light weight comparing with conventional consumer devices. 6. No emission of carbon or refrigerant. 7. Saving energy of water heating in comparison with any available heating device.
