Production and commercial company Neolat has been manufacturing metal profiles for widespread use for over 25 years. Constantly work is underway to improve technological processes. All products are certified and meet all modern requirements for building materials – ideal quality, reliability and durability. Long-term and qualified experience of employees in large projects, individual and non-standard steel solutions, especially with short lead terms, where high productivity, assembly and design, good planning and a non-standard approach are required. We also offer our customers well-functioning logistics not only in Latvia, but also abroad. What can you get from us? Standard length of the profiles is 2750 mm, 3000 mm, 3500 mm, 4000 mm and 4500 mm, but in consultation with the customer , the profiles can be made of a different length. There are longitudinal corrugations on the walls of rack-mount CW and ceiling CD-profiles increasing their rigidity. CD, UD, CW and UW profiles are made of 0.6 mm thick sheet, which allows the formation of rigid and durable frames for structures for various purposes. Profiles are available only with a galvanized coating with a thickness of 100 – 300 microns. Zinc in air is coated with a carbon film that protects the profile from corrosion. The company also produces C, Z, Sigma profiles up to 16 meters long and up to 3 mm thick. The main applications in construction are prefabricated buildings, frame structures, coating for roofing purlins, etc. The zinc coating is firmly connected to the steel surface, forming an effective protective layer that can only be broken by exposure to concentrated acids. The cut points of galvanized profiles do not need additional protection against corrosion. Cutting and assembling frames from profiles is performed using a variety of devices and tools (electric shears, cutters, etc.), which can significantly increase labor productivity. Metal cutting is a popular service that requires not only skill, but sometimes expensive equipment. Neolat offers several types of cutting: plasma, autogenous thermal and laser. Each of the methods is applied in certain conditions, depending on the needs of the client. Plasma cutting Through the use of a plasma jet, the temperature of which reaches 20,000 ° C, it is possible to produce cutting at a speed of about 25 m / min. The thickness range with which the method allows to work from 3 to 32 mm, and the maximum dimensions of the sheet – 12000mm * 2500mm. Thus, plasma cutting is one of the most common methods of shaped cutting of sheet materials. Autogenous thermal cutting It is one of the simplest and least costly options for cutting metal. The method is based on heating the metal to the melting temperature by burning a mixture of oxygen and fuel, and burning the metal when a stream of cutting oxygen is supplied to the cutting zone. It is most often used for cutting “black” steels up to 300 mm thick. Laser cutting This method allows to cut ferrous or galvanized metal with a thickness of 0.5mm-5mm and a working table dimension of 2500mm * 1250mm with maximum precision and without additional processing.
