Four measures of quality control:
1. Organizational measures: strictly implement the national "Product Quality Management Regulations", often check the actual situation of the product production process, and strictly implement the product inspection procedures: design before production, the main material and equipment semi-finished product specifications, quality standards and grades must be determined in the production drawing design stage; First review the drawings, formulate feasible production organization plan before production, strengthen the pre-production control.
2. Economic measures. Product quality is linked to the payment of the project price, and the shipment of unqualified project products is not confirmed. And timely review the progress of the project funds visa, and supervise the project funds dedicated. According to the contract conditions and the quality evaluation results, the material suppliers or units with good quality are given appropriate rewards, and those with poor quality are given economic penalties. 3. Technical measures. 4. Contractual measures.
