Food processor in Ontario. Storefront in BC moved to Ontario and will process foods from two locations in Ontario. Condiments, Cocktail Fruits and Syrups, Infusion Kits for beverages, spices, Crostini, baking mixes.
Utilizing an Agri-Food Centre in Colborne Ontario (Northumberland County) which has certifications of HACCP and NSF among others. HACCP protocols are in place and when we use their facility we follow their guidelines and staff direction to hot process our foods. All are tested via GELDA Scientific in Ontario. This is a scaling up facility for small processors with a hands-on operation with their experienced staff. Our staff are all food-safe-handling certified. Operating our own facility in BC and a new one in Ottawa this year for less processed items (spices, baking mixes etc.).
